Five Nations where Citizens of the UAE can Travel without a Visa, acquire a Visa Upon Arrival.

For some nations, the procedure of obtaining a visa can be a major barrier to traveling to new places, even while international travel continues to soar in the post-COVID era.

The good news for UAE citizens is that several nations are now making travel simpler for them by granting visa-free entrance or the option to obtain one upon arrival.

The following list of five nations grants UAE nationals entrance without a visa or a visa upon arrival.

Note that while the information was accurate at the time of writing, there is a warning. Before finalizing travel arrangements, it is advisable to confirm with the embassy or consulate of the intended location as visa requirements are subject to change.

  1. Georgia
    The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates states that citizens having a UAE visa or residency permit are permitted to enter and remain in Georgia without a visa for up to 90 calendar days during a 180-day period.

    They should be aware, nevertheless, that the Georgian Immigration Authority has the last say when it comes to border crossings.

  2. Azerbaijan
    According to the foreign ministry's website, holders of a UAE resident visa can receive a one-month tourist visa to Azerbaijan upon arrival at the country's airports.

    Upon arrival, the passport or other travel document and the applicable, valid visa must be shown.

    Nonetheless, anyone visiting Azerbaijan for a period longer than 15 days must register with the Republic of Azerbaijan's State Migration Service.

    In the meantime, UAE citizens whose residency is only valid for a period of six months or less are recommended to apply for a visa at the Republic of Azerbaijan's Embassy or Consulate.

  3. Montenegro
    Residents of the United Arab Emirates are free from paying the visa fees for an online application because they can receive a visa on arrival for a price.

  4. Maldives
    Visitors of all nationalities can obtain a 30-day visa at no additional cost upon arrival in the Maldives.

    All visitors must, however, fulfil the fundamental requirements for entrance upon arrival, which include possessing a valid passport, a return or forward ticket, documentation of pre-paid lodging, and evidence that they have enough money to cover their daily expenses.

  5. Nepal
    Residents of the UAE are able to enter Nepal with a visa upon arrival, but they will need to show up at the immigration desk with the necessary paperwork.

    These consist of an original, valid passport, documentation of reservations for travel, and reservations for lodging.
